Help & support.
Pitch correction and harmony that never leave your Mac. Here's how to get help with them.
Email a human.
direct · no ticket queueEmail us about anything — a bug, a question about correction, harmony, or importing a backing track, or a feature request. Because OhmTune runs entirely on your Mac, please don't attach your recordings to the message; we can help without them. For non-private questions you can also open an issue on GitHub.

privacy · correction · harmonyNo. Pitch detection, correction, harmony, vocal separation, and export all run natively on your Mac. OhmTune ships with zero networking — no cloud LLM, no account, no telemetry, no analytics — and its privacy manifest declares that no data is collected. The model it uses is bundled inside the app, so it makes no network connections at all.
You sing into the mic, OhmTune detects the fundamental frequency of your voice in real time, estimates the key of what you're singing, and snaps each note to the nearest in-key pitch through Apple's native audio engine — with adjustable correction strength and either automatic or manually chosen key. The whole path is native Swift on the audio thread, which is what keeps it real-time.
OhmTune stacks two diatonic harmony voices under your corrected lead. Harmony intervals are real scale degrees in the detected key — 'a third above' means the actual third of the scale, not a fixed pitch shift — so the harmonies stay musical as the melody moves.
Yes. Import a track you own and OhmTune strips the lead vocal on-device with a bundled Spleeter 2-stems Core ML model, so you can sing your corrected take over a clean instrumental. The separation happens entirely on your Mac — the song is never uploaded.
No. Recording is explicit, never ambient: a session starts when you tap 'Start singing' and stops when you tap 'Stop & save.' There is no background or always-on capture, and what you record stays on your Mac.
No — not even once. Unlike our apps that download model weights on first run, OhmTune bundles its model inside the app, so it works fully offline from the moment it's installed.
OhmTune is a one-time purchase of $19.99 on the Mac App Store. No subscription, no cloud credits — the category's cloud competitors bill monthly; OhmTune is paid once and runs on hardware you already own.
