Two different things
There are two distinct surfaces under the Silo Systems name, with two very different privacy stories. It is worth keeping them separate.
The apps — Silo Systems operates no app backend, collects no telemetry, and requires no account. Most apps keep user content on the device; the only outbound traffic is an optional, consent-gated model download. Citebound can sync workspace content through your private CloudKit container. OhmsVoice, OhmsPolyglot, OhmsLens, and Topoform send content you process only to the AI provider whose API key you entered (or keep it on-device with Ollama / Voice verbatim). Each app ships its own policy; they are linked below.
This website (ohmslaw.net) — a marketing and editorial site. It is the only surface where you can choose to send us anything, and only by filling in a form. That is what the rest of this page covers.

The website — what it does
The pages of ohmslaw.net are editorial content. Browsing them does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. The one exception is the consultation form: if you choose to submit it, the details you type into it (such as your name, contact address, and message) are stored so that we can read your inquiry and respond to it. That is the form's only purpose. If you never submit the form, you never send us anything.
The website — App Store attribution
ohmslaw.net contains no analytics SDKs. Silo Systems does not track your browsing or collect website-usage events. Links to individual App Store product pages may include Apple campaign parameters (“pt” and “ct”). Apple processes the resulting attribution and makes only aggregate campaign results available to Silo Systems. Apple withholds or combines low-volume results to meet its privacy thresholds; Silo Systems receives no individual-level visitor or customer data through these links.
The website — infrastructure
Like any website, ohmslaw.net is served by hosting and infrastructure providers that may process standard technical information — for example an IP address and request metadata — to deliver pages and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not use this to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent any information to anyone. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
If you would like specifics about the current hosting stack, log retention, or any cookies used by the form's infrastructure, ask — we will tell you exactly what is in place.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not feed anything you send us into the apps' on-device models, or anywhere else, beyond responding to you.
- We do not run behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
Changes
If this posture materially changes, we will publish an updated version of this page and revise the effective date above. Per-app policies are the source of truth when an app uses CloudKit or a key you paste.
