Help & support.
An offline scripture study room that stays on your iPhone or Mac. Here's how to get help with it.
Email a human.
direct · no ticket queueEmail us about anything — a bug, a question about current translations, read-aloud, the AI chat, or a feature request. You can also ask about reading plans and verse memory coming in version 1.1.0; those features are not in the current App Store build. Because Silo Bible runs locally and we collect nothing, please include your device, OS version, and what you were doing when the issue appeared; that's usually all we need.

offline · study · privacyYes. Once the packs you want are installed, reading, Strong's word study, notes, bookmarks, reading position, and read-aloud work without a network. Version 1.1.0 local plans and verse memory are in preparation and will share that offline boundary. Direct network use is limited to downloads you request and links you choose to open.
The World English Bible is built in. The King James Version and a growing catalog of open-licensed editions are available through the public catalog. Downloads require no Silo Bible account.
Coming in version 1.1.0; this is not in the current App Store build. Choose a local plan, read the next assignment, and mark it complete. Today shows progress, current streak, the next due reading, and durable completion history. One missed day can be recovered without erasing your progress; the schedule uses your current local day and time zone.
Coming in version 1.1.0; this is not in the current App Store build. Add a verse from the reader, then review cards due today and grade each Again, Hard, Good, or Easy. A local SM-2-style scheduler chooses the next due day. Cards, prompts, grades, and review history stay on your device.
Tap any word in the text to open its Strong's Concordance entry: the original Hebrew or Greek word, its transliteration, and its definition. It works offline, right in the passage, so you can study the original language without leaving the chapter.
Silo Bible reads scripture aloud with on-device open-source voices (or the system voice, if you prefer). It works fully offline, with lock-screen playback controls and a sleep timer for listening at night.
On supported Apple Intelligence iPhone and Mac devices, chat answers from installed translations with tappable verse citations and runs entirely on-device. Unsupported devices show an availability explanation instead of sending the question to a cloud model.
In the current App Store build, highlights, notes, bookmarks, and reading position stay in the local study database on your iPhone or Mac. Reading plans, completion history, and verse-memory reviews are coming in version 1.1.0 and will use the same local-only approach. Nothing is synced to a Silo server because there is no account or sync service.
Coming in version 1.1.0; this is not in the current App Store build. Only a generic daily reminder appears. Lock-screen text never includes scripture, a plan title, notes, or reading history. Notifications are optional and can be declined or revoked without disabling the plan.
No. Silo Bible is a one-time $7.99 purchase. No subscription, no account, no in-app data collection — you buy it once and it's yours.
