No. Recording, transcription, speaker diarization, and note generation all run on your Mac on the Apple Silicon GPU. No PHI ever leaves your machine — there's no cloud, no account, no telemetry, and no analytics SDK. Notes are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM under a key in your Keychain, inside the app's App Sandbox container.
