Help & support.
A documentation tool that keeps the room private. Here's how to get help with it.
Email a human.
direct · no ticket queueEmail us about anything — a bug, a question about templates, billing, or a feature request. Because Silo Scribe runs entirely on your Mac, please don't include any patient information or session content in your message; we can help without it.

privacy · pricing · exportNo. Recording, transcription, speaker diarization, and note generation all run on your Mac on the Apple Silicon GPU. No PHI ever leaves your machine — there's no cloud, no account, no telemetry, and no analytics SDK. Notes are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM under a key in your Keychain, inside the app's App Sandbox container.
Only once, if you choose it. Silo Scribe downloads the optional Gemma 4 E2B note model from a pinned Hugging Face revision after explicit consent, verifies it before use, and then works fully offline.
Open the note, review and edit it, and mark it Verified. You can then export it as Markdown, plain text, or PDF to a folder you choose — ready to drop into the EHR or chart you already use. Recording, transcription, editing, and exporting existing notes are never paywalled.
Silo Scribe is a single $49.99 purchase with unlimited local note generation. SOAP, DAP, BIRP, and intake templates are all included; there is no subscription or in-app purchase.
No. Silo Scribe is a documentation and productivity tool, not a medical or diagnostic device. It does not diagnose, treat, or make clinical recommendations. It drafts a structured note from the session you recorded, and you — the clinician — review, edit, and verify every note.
SOAP, DAP, BIRP, and intake structures are included today. Version 1.1.0 private dot phrases and custom note structures are in preparation and are not in the current App Store download. They use only wording you author, remain source-visible, and do not add CPT/ICD coding or automated risk assertions.
