Contract review that never discloses the contract. Here's how to get help with it.

privacy · review · disclaimerNo. OhmsCounsel reviews contracts entirely on your Mac — the documents you analyze are processed and stored locally. There's no cloud, no account, and no telemetry, so an NDA you review is never itself disclosed to anyone.
No. OhmsCounsel is an informational document review tool, not a law firm and not legal advice. It surfaces risk and notable language to help you read an agreement more carefully; it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and its output should never substitute for review by a qualified attorney for anything that matters.
It reads the agreement you give it and surfaces risk — flagging clauses and language worth a closer look, so you walk into a negotiation or signature knowing what's in the document. All of that analysis is computed by an on-device model on your own hardware.
Only for the one-time model download. OhmsCounsel runs a local AI model, and the weights are fetched once (a few GB of free disk is needed for them). After that, review runs fully offline — you can analyze a contract with Wi-Fi off.
OhmsCounsel is a one-time purchase of $39.99 on the Mac App Store. No subscription, no per-document fees, no usage meter — you buy it once and review as many agreements as you like.
OhmsCounsel is in development, planned for the Mac App Store. If you'd like to hear when it ships, email us and we'll send a single note at launch — no marketing list.
