No. Documents are imported into a local library and analyzed on-device using Apple's MLX framework. They never leave your Mac. The only outbound traffic is the optional model-weight download you trigger in Settings, which never includes your documents.

No. Version 1.3.0 citation coverage and unsupported-claim flags are in preparation and are not in the current download. They withhold a weak answer, but a citation remains a review trail, not proof that a claim is legally or factually correct.

You define your preferred positions for the clauses you care about (and an optional acceptable fallback). OhmsCounsel then checks any imported contract against them and classifies each as meets, fallback, deviates, or missing, with a citation and a coverage score.

Yes. Settings can cancel a transfer without publishing a partial model, resume verified files later, and remove a managed model. Import can purge one agreement's imported bytes, extracted text, local search data, analyses, decisions, and chat after explicit confirmation; separately saved exports are never deleted.
