Write a prompt and Silo Dream paints it on your Mac. If it is not quite right, describe the difference: warmer light, a red coat, a winter sky. The default model both makes and edits pictures, so you keep refining one image instead of starting over.
The settings behind a good picture stay with it.
Each picture lands in a contact sheet on your disk with its prompt, seed and size. Lock the seed to explore one composition, run up to four images in a batch, or drop to 512 px when speed matters more than detail. Export any plate through the save panel to a folder you choose.
Nothing downloads until you agree.
The first time you generate, Silo Dream asks before fetching its 4.62 GB image model. Cancel or resume from the progress panel. Every file is checked against a pinned SHA-256 fingerprint before the model is switched on, and after that generation works with Wi-Fi off. Your prompts and pictures are never uploaded.
Type a prompt and press Generate, or Command-Return. Steps, seed and size stay under your control. 16 GB of memory is recommended for 1024 px; Macs with 8 GB use a 512 px low-memory mode.
Import a PNG, JPEG or WebP image, or work on the picture already on the canvas, and say what should be different. The edited version is saved to your contact sheet.
Six pictures made with Silo Dream, four generated and two edited, wait in the contact sheet on first launch. Open one to load its prompt, seed and size, or edit it once the model is installed. Opening a sample never starts a download.
See each model's size and whether it edits or only generates before anything downloads. A larger optional model for Macs with 64 GB of memory is listed too, and its download screen says it has not been tested by the developer. You can import a compatible model folder you already have; Silo Dream copies and checks it before it appears. Delete model files here to get the space back.
If Silo Dream closes with unsaved work, the next launch offers to restore your prompt and settings, and you choose Restore or Discard. Nothing runs on its own. Turn on a private session in Settings and that work stays out of recovery; switching it on deletes the saved draft straight away.
